Excellent Old Farmhouse with Stunning Views (5 out of 5)

A beautifully maintained and appointed property. The views were an absolute delight. Lovely pool which we used every day, even in October!

Very well equipped kitchen that was put to use with new Italian inspiration.

Absolutely fabulous! (5 out of 5)

We had a lovely time at Casa Rosa and were absolutely delighted to be stay in such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location. Our enjoyment of the house and area was greatly enhanced by the wealth of detailed information that was provided by the owners about local attractions, where to eat, scenic drives to take, etc. The thought that has clearly been put into making the guest's stay as relaxing, easy and enjoyable as possible was hugely appreciated.

Simply perfect (5 out of 5)

Wonderful, charming, unique house in the middle of nowhere. Everything you need to spend a perfect holiday is there. The owners pay attention to every single detail in order to make your stay really comfortable and relaxing. We followed the recommendations what to do and we enjoyed so much. Simply perfect!

Beautiful,isolated villa (5 out of 5)

We had a wonderful time at Casa Rosa. The image of the sun setting behind the mountains while sipping a glass of prosecco on the veranda will live long in the memory. The nearest neighbours are miles away. There is a great pool and a table tennis table to keep the kids entertained. There is lots to see and do nearby and great restaurants.

The house is well equipped. The only slight downside is the lack of a second bathroom.

Gorgeous villa! (5 out of 5)

We had an amazing time at Casa Rosa. The villa was comfortable and homely with absolutely stunning panoramic views - we had everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday in the Italian sun!

Natur pur (5 out of 5)

Wir verbrachten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in Casa Rosa. Es ist ein typisches Landhaus in herrlicher Landschaft. Es gibt Ruhe und Natur pur, Vogelgezwitscher, Glühwürmchen, Eidechsen, tolle Sonnenuntergänge und je nach Tageszeit und Wetterlage immer wieder neue Ausblicke. Ein Fernglas ist vorhanden.

Von der Terrasse hat man einen phantastischen Blick und wem es zu heiß wird, nutzt den grossen Pool (10 x 5 m) zum Erfrischen. In Fossombrone, ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto, findet man alle Geschäfte einschl. Supermärkte.

Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern und der Verwalterin vor Ort war nett und unkompliziert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben das Fernsehen in die Landschaft genossen.

Traumhaus auf dem Lande (5 out of 5)

Casa Rosa ist eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Einrichtung ist individuell und geschmackvoll und es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Weitblick und lädt zu langen Abenden mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen ein. Der schöne Pool sorgt für eine wohltuende Erfrischung an heissen Tagen.

Wir, eine sechsköpfige Familie, haben zwei fantastische Wochen in diesem authentischen Traumhaus auf dem Lande erleben dürfen, für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
